		<description>Some months ago we adopted Viva, and she did a lot of touching (like a semi-bite) of your arm or anything she could reach of your body. I started playing tug with her a lot, following most of the above rules. 

To my surprise this also taught her to show more restraint and not touch us with a her teeth, also when we don&#039;t play tug.

So I would say, playing tug is a must ! and fun too :)</description>
